- The material is derived from a new magnesium oxide-polyvinylidene fluoride nanocomposite, made from earth-abundant, cost-effective, non-toxic, and non-harmful materials.
- The device exhibits exceptional cooling capabilities due to its high solar reflectivity and infrared thermal emissivity.
- The MgO-PVDF composite, containing dielectric nanoparticles, demonstrated high solar reflectance (96.3%) and exceptional thermal emission (98.5%).

- The paint boasts exceptional optical properties that significantly reduce surface temperatures by approximately 10°C in strong sunlight, surpassing the performance of standard white paints.
