Return & Refund and Cancellations

By placing an order or making a purchase on Website, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Ensure IAS  Privacy Policy  and Terms of Use. Ensure IAS may update its Policy from time to time and your continued use of the website expresses your consent to these policies.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order from Order History on My Accounts page. Customer Service will get back to you by email regarding your request. Only orders that are still being picked can be cancelled/changed. If your order has already moved to a ‘Ready to Ship’ status then it cannot be cancelled. 

Cancellations from our end

We make every effort to fulfil all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Our Customer Service will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled and 

Thing you bought isn’t working right?

If your item is defective in some way we would be happy to attempt to resolve your issue. Please submit the Returns form within 7 days of receiving the order and our Customer Service will look into the issue and contact you accordingly.

Please note that Ensure IAS . does not provide any warranty on the products bought from the Website. Warranties, if any, for all products on Website are provided by respective manufacturers. For checking the Warranty Policy for manufacturer Ensure IAS refer to our Terms of Use.

However if a product is found to have any defect or is not functioning in the manner it is intended to (as stated in product manual and on Website website), and the customer raises a return request on Website within 7 days of receiving the product, then customer has to ship the product back to Ensure IAS (at his/her own cost). After receiving product returned by customer, Ensure IAS. Ltd. will determine if the product malfunction was caused by customer’s fault or was a manufacturing defect.

Returns

Bought something you don’t need anymore?

Products that have not been opened can be returned for a refund for any reason by submitting the Returns form within 15 days of receiving the order by customer. Please note that the customer has to bear the cost of shipping it back to us. No returns request for this reason will be entertained after 15 days of receiving the order by customer.
